Jill Heady

Jill Heady currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and CFO at Hiawatha National Bank, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jill was the VP of Finance at Cour Pharmaceutical Development Company, Inc. from 2015 to December 2024. Jill's experience includes independent consulting as a Consultant/Controller for development-stage biotech companies between 2011 and 2015, as well as several financial management roles at prominent media organizations, including Senior Financial Manager at Chicago Sun-Times and Manager of Planning & Analysis at Tribune Company. Jill's career began at the FDIC, where responsibilities included overseeing treasury activities and motivating a team for accounting oversight of failed banks. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
