Brad Qualls

Brad Qualls, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and human capital management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Capital Management Systems at Hibbett since September 2021, Qualls has previously held several HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and various managerial positions at Belk from June 2013 to September 2021. Qualls began a career at Target, working as an Asset Protection Leader and Guest Service Attendant between March 2012 and June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in History from Carson-Newman University (2007-2011).
