J. Stephani Smith

J. Stephani Smith is the Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Hibbett Sports. J. has also held positions at AdvisoryCloud, Hibbett Sports, Converse, and Nike.

Smith began their career at Nike in August 2016 as the Senior Sales Director of Nike Sportswear for Central / Eastern Europe. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Sales Director of Nike Sportswear in Western Europe/EMEA. In October 2019, they became Global Vice President/General Manager of Nike SB.

In November 2020, Smith left Nike to join Hibbett Sports as Vice President/GMM Womens. In their current role, they lead the strategic vision for segmentation and differentiation and manages the financial strategy and planning for all key and strategic accounts.

J. Stephani Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations from Point University.
