Bruce Henoch

Bruce Henoch has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked in various roles since 1988. Bruce began their career as a Member Services Representative for the American Foreign Service Association in 1988. In 1992, they became an Associate at Arnold & Porter, representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission. In 1995, they were an Attorney-Advisor for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. From 1996 to 2005, they worked as Assistant General Counsel for Telenor Satellite Services, Inc., Lockheed Martin, and Comsat Corp. During this time, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. and international law. In 2005, they became a Shareholder at Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker P.A., representing technology companies in U.S. and foreign commercial and regulatory matters. In 2007, they became Vice President and General Counsel of Inmarsat Solutions, a multinational satellite technology company. From 2015 to 2018, they were Vice President, International Law at Orbital ATK, responsible for all international legal matters. Currently, they are General Counsel at Hiber, a Netherlands-based low earth orbit smallsat data monitoring company.

Bruce Henoch attended Emory University School of Law from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a JD in Law. From 1984 to 1988, they attended The Johns Hopkins University and earned a BA in Russian. In 1986, they also attended The University of Edinburgh.
