History Estill-Varner

History Estill-Varner is a strategic program manager at HiBob, with a professional background as the strategic director and founder of Black Friday Collective. Previous experience includes serving as co-executive director at Discovering Deaf Worlds, where oversight of administration, program implementation, and fund development was provided, including management of projects in multiple countries and securing substantial federal funding. History has extensive expertise in capacity building, human rights, and global health, applying DEI and social justice frameworks in organizational operations. As a Fulbright U.S. Student, research focused on improving Deaf access in the Dominican Republic. History holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American Sign Language Interpreting and International and Global Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology.
