Laura Mattoon, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Laura recently worked as a Business and Marketing Consultant for Kaizen MMA of Ashburn/ Einshin Karate, where they implemented new marketing tactics, built vendor relationships, and introduced new programming to help the business survive during the COVID pandemic. Prior to this, Laura took an extended break from the workforce to focus on their family.

Laura'sprevious roles include working as a Legal Processor at EVantage, where they identified and addressed training issues, prepared attorneys for hearings, and served as the main contact for clients and other firms. Laura also worked as a Records and Office Manager at Polsinelli PC, where they successfully completed a records implementation project and managed conference room schedules. Laura has also held positions such as a Senior Account Manager at JDC Marketing, where they led a sales team and developed customer-focused strategies, and a Legal Secretary at the Law Office of Michael J. Schroeder, where they handled various administrative and paralegal duties.

Additionally, Laura gained experience as a Paralegal Intern at Hochwalt & Schiff, LLC. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in business and marketing consulting, legal processing, office management, sales and account management, and paralegal work.

Laura Mattoon, MBA obtained their Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, from the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General, also from Ashford University. In their earlier education, Laura obtained an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Sinclair College, which was completed before 2009. Currently, they are pursuing their studies in Google Workspace at Udacity, with an expected completion date in 2022.
