Nils Kinast

Nils Kinast is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and customer acquisition across various roles. Currently serving as a Founding Account Executive for HiBob in the DACH region since September 2022, Nils has played a key role in establishing the company’s presence, building pipelines, and consulting HR departments on their people strategies. Prior to this, Nils worked at NEON Software Solutions GmbH as a Sales & Marketing Associate, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. Experience also includes a stint as a Business Development Manager at HeyJobs, where Nils supported and expanded numerous B2B accounts, along with earlier roles that provided foundational skills in sales, marketing, and operations management. Nils holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Business from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2019.
