Ofer Pen is an experienced engineering manager currently at HiBob since January 2024. Previously, Ofer held the position of Research and Development Manager at eToro from February 2019 to January 2024, managing a 20-person payments group responsible for the company's cloud-based billing infrastructure and managing substantial financial transactions. Ofer has also served as Research Development Team Lead at Cedato, overseeing full stack development, and as Development Team Leader at Idomoo, where a small team focused on personalized video applications. Ofer co-founded JamStar as CTO, directing technology vision and software product development, and began a career as a software engineer at SAP, developing a web platform for cloud-based applications. Ofer holds a B.S.C. in Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2006.
