Pamela Benitez

Pamela Benitez is a seasoned events professional with a focus on innovative and socially conscious event management. Currently serving as the Senior Events Manager at HiBob since December 2024, Pamela collaborates with Regional Marketing Managers and Field Marketers to enhance 1P and 3P events across EMEA for a modern HR platform. Previously, as Founder and Director of The Virtual Events Experience from September 2020 to March 2022, Pamela established a social enterprise that specialized in live, virtual, and hybrid events, emphasizing reinvestment in social causes and support for unemployed event managers. Pamela also contributed as an EMEA Event Manager at Stripe for several months in 2024, where large-scale event programs were developed in collaboration with various departments, and at Amazon Web Services from April 2022 to December 2023, leading major events including the AWS Summit Amsterdam. Pamela holds a Post Graduate degree in Digital Marketing from IPAM and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.
