Toby Hough

Toby Hough is an experienced professional in the fields of People and Culture with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Culture for EMEA at HiBob since September 2021, Toby previously held the position of Director of People & Culture at hiber and worked at Medallia in various roles, culminating as Head of People and Culture for EMEA & ANZ. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Deloitte and programme management for LOCOG during the London Olympics. Toby holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management from Avado and an MA (hons) in Arabic and French from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by studies at Sciences Po Lyon and Kalimat Language and Cultural Centre.
