Adnan Diwan

Adnan Diwan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Adnan started their career in 2014 as an Engineering Intern at Architects & Associates, where they assisted in the construction of a 2-storey apartment and gained experience in quantity surveying and estimation. In 2015, they worked as a Civil Engineering Intern at RealForce Builders & Developers, where they supervised materials, labor, and the site to ensure compliance with project requirements. Adnan also had a freelance role as a Construction Contractor during this time. In 2016, Adnan worked as an ACI Supplemental Examiner for the NCSU Chapter of the American Concrete Institute, assisting with conducting certification exams. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Junior Project Engineer at RealForce Builders and Developers, where they managed the construction of a residential project, including casting RCC columns, beams, and slabs, selecting subcontractors, and handling cash flow analysis. In 2017, Adnan interned as a Project Manager at HICAPS, Inc. and later joined the company as a Project Engineer from 2018 to 2021. Adnan recently transitioned into the role of Project Manager at HICAPS, Inc. in October 2021. Overall, Adnan has a strong background in project management, engineering, and construction, with experience in various aspects of the industry.

Adnan Diwan's education history is as follows:

Adnan completed their Master of Civil Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed from 2011 to 2015.

Before entering university, Adnan attended SM Choksey Junior College from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on Computer Science. Adnan completed their high school education at Rewachand Bhojwani Academy and obtained their SSC degree in High School in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Adnan has obtained several certifications. Adnan received the LEED Green Associate certification from Green Business Certification, Inc. in October 2020. In September 2020, they completed the Revit 2020: Essential Training for Architecture (Metric) and Revit 2020: Essential Training for MEP (Imperial) courses from LinkedIn. Adnan also completed the Fire and Smoke Protection with Life Safety Dampers course from AEC Daily in July 2020, as well as the Revit: Sprinkler Design course from LinkedIn in the same month.

Other certifications Adnan holds include the Small UAS Remote Drone Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2019, the Cal/OSHA Asbestos Awareness Training from Krist Inc in July 2019, and the NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace certification from 360training.com, also in July 2019.
