As President, Dan sets the overall direction of the organization with a primary focus on the strategic planning of the business. Utilizing sound business principles, Dan has led HICAPS through unprecedented challenges and upheavals in the industry over the past decade. Dan has led HICAPS from initial startup in 1984 through its capital raising phase and transition of the company’s business model to a more diverse and all inclusive services portfolio.
