Ashley Smith has cultivated extensive experience in sales and office administration, currently serving as the Office Manager Inside Sales and Inside Sales Specialist at Hickman, Williams & Company since January 2020. Responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, managing customer communications, utilizing the Sage ERP system for order tracking, and guiding the inside sales team to surpass quotas. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as an Office Administrator at LJ's Refrigeration from August 2013 to January 2020, handling inquiries, appointment management, visual media design, payroll, client bidding, and accounting. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Louisiana Monroe, following a High School Diploma from Forest High School.
