Founded by the Swiatkowski family in 1972, Hickory Harvest Foods began by selling smoked sausages and cheeses at state and county fairs. As the business became successful, the company started to roast nuts in the mid 80's to expand their product line. Today, Hickory Harvest Foods along with the I.M.
