Tom Schofield

Tom Schofield is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the New Opening Support Manager and General Manager at Hickorys Smokehouse since May 2017, where the company achieved 1st place in the UK's Top 100 Best Companies in 2022 and 11th place in 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of General Manager at Miyagi - Bold Street, part of Cobra Kai Ltd, from August 2015 to May 2017, and served as General Manager at The New World Trading Company from October 2013 to August 2015.
