Joseph Adkins

Joseph Adkins, MBA, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joseph is currently serving as the Director of Project Management at HICO America. Prior to this, they held the position of Product Manager Gas Management at Hitachi Energy, where they oversaw all aspects of product development, launch, and profitability. Before that, Joseph worked as the Director of Business Development, Power at TorcSill Foundations, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing strategies for business growth. Joseph also served as the Director of Business Development at HICO America Sales & Tech. Inc., where they spearheaded the expansion of the FACTS product line in North America through strategic partnerships. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as a Senior Program Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., overseeing the successful management of multiple projects. Joseph began their career as a Field Service Engineer at Joslyn Hi-Voltage, where they excelled in installing, testing, and repairing high-voltage equipment. Joseph's early work experience also includes roles such as Machinist at Bays Industries and Engineering Intern at Berry Plastics Corporation.

Joseph Adkins, MBA, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kent State University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Later, between 2015 and 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Capella University. Furthermore, Joseph holds the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2015.
