Joseph Locke

Joseph Locke has a wealth of experience in supply chain and logistics roles. Joseph is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain & Product Execution at HICO America. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Logistics and Procurement at HICO America Sales and Technology from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they spent over 14 years at HICO America Sales & Technology, where they held the positions of Director of Logistics and Project Manager/Logistics Manager. In these roles, Joseph successfully implemented change management strategies to ensure budget surpluses, created innovative supply chain solutions, and expedited projects to ensure on-time deliveries. Before joining HICO America, Joseph worked as a Quality Engineer at Kopp Glass Inc, where they were responsible for improving product quality and reducing waste.

Joseph Locke attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering. Joseph continued their studies at the University of Pittsburgh (Main Campus) until 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Supply Chain Professional degree from APICS. Additionally, Locke holds additional certifications in Six Sigma, including Green Belt and Foundations, obtained from LinkedIn.
