Zoe Grylls has worked in the customer service field for over 20 years. Zoe began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative at Orange. In 2007, they moved to AXA as a Business Support Manager. In 2019, they joined The Go-Ahead Group plc as the Group Service Desk Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Hicomply as both the Head of Services and Lead CSM.
