Francisco Ardila

Francisco Ardila has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Francisco began their career at Gerresheimer in 1998 as a Financial Controller. From there, they joined Banta Healthcare in 1999 as the Operations Manager. In 2000, they worked as a Senior Consultant at IBS - International Business Solutions until 2003. Francisco then moved on to 3M, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2005 and progressing to roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Global Financial Planning & Analysis Leader. In 2015, Ardila joined HID Global as the Senior Director of Finance and later became the Vice President of Finance in 2022.

Francisco Ardila earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1993 to 1997. Francisco then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2003 to 2005. In 2014, they attended an Executive Course in Leading Change & Organizational Renewal at Harvard Business School.
