Joshua then transitioned to Apple, Inc., where they held various roles, including providing support for Apple's premium customers and specializing in integrating iOS into enterprise networks. Wilson also worked at MobileIron, where they served as a Principal Support Engineer and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, specializing in ActiveSync, Microsoft Exchange Servers, and other related technologies. At Atlassian, they worked as a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer, focusing on Jira integration and security. Currently, Wilson is a Lead Technical Support Engineer at HID, specializing in authentication and credential management.
