Katrina Forsythe currently serves as the Global Director of Customer Experience IAMS at HID since October 2023, after a distinguished tenure at HID Global from July 2010 to August 2023, where roles included Senior Director of Global Customer Care Governance and Global Director of Customer Care Governance. Previous experience includes leadership positions in sales administration at Marshall Motor Group and Peugeot, where responsibilities encompassed order processing, record keeping, training, invoicing, and strategic planning. Katrina Forsythe is equipped with a strong background in customer service governance and administration, alongside accounts experience involving bank reconciliation and ledger management.
