Laura Spezzaferri

Laura Spezzaferri has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Laura worked at HID as the Vice President of Human Resources for PACS and as a Global Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to HID, they were an HR Director at Experian. Laura also served as an APAC HR Business Partner at Syngenta and as a Global HR Business Partner at Parexel. In the early years of their career, they worked as a Corporate HR Manager and a Manager in HR Transformation & Human Performance at Accenture. Their first role was as a Junior Project Officer at AMSCO, where they provided support to local entrepreneurs in various African countries.

Laura Spezzaferri graduated from the Executive Master in Strategic HR Management program at SDA Bocconi in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Janson de Sailly and obtained a Baccalauréat d'Economie. Laura also studied Business/Managerial Economics at Università Bocconi.
