Lynn Chien

Lynn Chien is a seasoned UX Strategist and Product Designer with extensive experience at HID Global since August 2012. Lynn transitioned from a role as Director of Professional Services to focus on UX design and strategy, driven by a Master's degree in Rhetoric and Information Design. Successful in redesigning complex legacy systems and leading the development of innovative digital solutions, Lynn has held multiple roles at HID, including Director of Professional Services and Technical Service Alignment, where strategic alignment and partner engagement were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes positions at ActivIdentity, Oculus Info Inc., and Tip Top Tailors, showcasing a strong foundation in technical training, documentation, and customer engagement. Lynn holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo in English Rhetoric and Professional Writing.
