Mike Jones

Mike Jones is an experienced professional in federal business development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Federal Business Development for the Department of Defense at HID Global since May 2022. Previously, Mike held the role of Program Project Manager at the United States Department of Defense from September 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Technical Direction Agent Lead for the Navy's Identity Dominance System program and leading the Biometrically Enabled Access Control project. Prior experience includes serving as Project Lead and Liaison Officer at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, managing a significant training budget, and serving as a Naval Officer, where responsibilities involved overseeing a large division of aviation specialists. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
