Steve Belt

Steve Belt's work experience includes holding various leadership roles in well-known technology companies. Most recently, they served as the VP of Engineering at HID Global, where they managed product development activities for the Physical Access Control Business Area. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Global Engineering at Dover Fueling Solutions, responsible for the global product development and engineering team. Steve also held the position of Vice President of Global Engineering at Wayne Fueling Systems, overseeing all aspects of engineering worldwide. Before that, they worked at Advanced Micro Devices as Corporate Vice President in different roles, including Ecosystems and Solutions Enablement and Client Product Group. Steve also served as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Intel Corporation. Belt's early career includes positions at Dell Inc, where they held roles such as VP of Latitude Commercial Product Line and VP of Business Client Engineering. Steve also worked at Zenith Data Systems and served in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer 3rd Class. Throughout their career, Belt has demonstrated a strong focus on product development, engineering, and leadership roles in the technology industry.

Steve Belt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital System Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 1979 to 1983. In addition, they hold a certification as a SAFe 4 Scaled Agilist, obtained in January 2020 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
