Amy Ah-kine has extensive experience in database marketing and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Database Marketing at Hidden Hearing since November 2021. Previously, Amy held roles such as Marketing Automation and CRM Manager at Funding Circle UK, and various positions at Direct Line Group, including Head of Campaign Selections. Amy also worked at John Lewis as a Campaign Analyst, and earlier positions included Data Strategist at LIDA and Data Analyst at Publicis Dialog. Amy began the career as a CRM Analyst at B&Q and started at John Lewis as a Sales Assistant. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Operational Research and Finance and a BSc in Mathematics, both from the University of Southampton.
