Nicola Critchley

Nicola Critchley is an experienced professional in leadership development and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development at Hidden Hearing since August 2022, after initially joining the company as a Territory Manager in March 2016. Prior to this, Nicola held the position of Head of Retail & Business Development at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth from December 2010 to December 2015 and worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Area Sales Manager from June 1995 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a BA (hons) 2:1 in Business Administration from the University of Plymouth, a Diploma in Management Studies from The Open University, and a Certificate in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Financial Services Private Limited. Additional leadership training was completed at the Institute Leadership Management.
