Sarah Parsonage

Sarah Parsonage has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional HR Business Partner and Regional HR Business Advisor at Hidden Hearing since November 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Hft from October 2017 to October 2019 and held multiple positions at Wrexham County Borough Council, including HR Officer and HR Service Centre Manager (Secondment) from November 2008 to October 2017. Earlier career roles include Trainer and NVQ Assessor at NHBC, Sales Manager & HR at CAVENDISH IKIN LLP, and Personnel and Training Officer at Royal and Sun Alliance. Sarah possesses a degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Coleg Cambria, and a CIPD qualification from Wrexham University, along with foundational education from Argoed High School.
