Pierre Emmanuel Pomes

Pierre-Emmanuel Pomes has extensive work experience in risk management and product development in the financial industry. Pierre-Emmanuel currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer at Hidden Road. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at a hedge fund and served as the Head of Product and Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Hidden Road Partners. Pierre-Emmanuel also has experience at Traiana, where they held the position of Head of Product for Credit and Risk, as well as Asset Strategist for OTC and ETD. Pierre-Emmanuel also has a strong background in risk management at BNP Paribas, where they held various roles including Vice President of Fixed Income Clearing, Deputy Head of Risk for Multi Asset Prime Brokerage, Vice President of Prime Services as a Quantitative Risk Analyst, and Associate as a Quantitative Risk Analyst in Fund Derivatives. Pierre-Emmanuel began their career as an Analyst at AXA, specializing in credit modeling and derivatives pricing.

Pierre-Emmanuel Pomes has a strong educational background in mathematics and computer science. Pierre-Emmanuel first attended ENSIIE - École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree. During this time, they focused on the study of mathematics and computer science. Following this, Pierre-Emmanuel pursued further education at ESSEC Business School from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Pierre-Emmanuel also holds a certification in Machine Learning, which they obtained from Coursera in July 2017.
