Hidden Talents ABA
Ashley Flow is a skilled professional with diverse experience in client services and management. Currently serving as the Client Services Coordinator at Hidden Talents ABA since August 2023, Ashley manages over 100 clients through their ABA therapy journey, handling documentation and scheduling requirements. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Retail Manager at Dreidel Home + Sundry, where responsibilities included customer assistance and social media maintenance, and Behavioral Therapist at Autism Pediatric Therapy, focusing on individual children's needs. Other experience includes positions as Bank Teller at AMOCO Federal Credit Union and Beauty Consultant at Ulta Beauty, along with a progressive career at Amigo Juan's from busser to restaurant manager. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and both a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and an Associate’s degree in General Studies.

Our focus is to help children grow and thrive, guiding them by improving communication, social and adaptive skills. Hidden Talents ABA specializes in services for children with ASD birth to age 13. Our experienced team of BCBAs develop programs to each child’s specific needs. The dedication of our clinicians and our comprehensive, collaborative approach will allow our children to truly shine and succeed.
