Pamela R. serves as the Director of Human Resources for both Hideaway Beach Association and Hideaway Beach Club since September 2021. With a strong background in human resources, Pamela previously held similar roles at Bay Colony Golf Club and Countryside Golf and Country Club, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. Additional experience includes ownership at EvergreenConsulting.com and Pro Golf of Newnan, along with various administrative and training positions in the hospitality sector. Pamela's educational achievements include Master's studies in Organizational Development and Counseling Psychology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Arts, complemented by project management certification. Certifications in leadership and management from renowned institutions further bolster Pamela's professional qualifications.

Hideaway Beach Association is a private gated community situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
