Andrew King

Andrew King has an extensive work experience. Andrew started their career as a Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad in 2009, followed by a Technical Analyst role at Charter Communications in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Analyst (CW) at Best Buy and as a Technical Analyst at Smith Micro Technologies, where they were responsible for OS migration, facilitating a company-wide OS upgrade for Best Buy as a contractor, and application development and maintenance. In 2013, they held a Managed Services Engineer role at Mytech Partners and a Level 2 Remote Support role at Best Buy. In 2017, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at ONE20 Inc and a Software Engineer at The Nerdery. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Software Engineering and Senior Backend Engineer at Hidrate Inc.

Andrew King has attended Concordia University-St. Paul for Computer Software Engineering and Western Governors University for a Bachelor of Science in Software Development. Andrew also holds certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Network+, including Installing and Configuring Server 2012 (obtained in August 2014), CompTIA Security+ ce (obtained in January 2017), CompTIA Project+, and Network+.
