Tomaž Miklavčič

Toma Bedolla is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading various tech and community-focused organizations. As Co-Founder and CEO of House of Genius since November 2010, Toma has facilitated the growth of one of the fastest-growing entrepreneurial community services across 36 cities in 10 countries. Toma briefly served as CEO of Communal, where leadership was provided to enhance local community synergy. Prior roles include CEO at Approbatics, where Toma drove significant sales growth through innovative SaaS development, and at TravelSHARK, where a talented team was led to tackle big data challenges in travel personalization. Toma’s earlier career includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Jason's Deli, shaping IT strategies, and as Director of UI Development at Sistina Software, overseeing critical front-end projects before the company’s acquisition by RedHat. Toma holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Colorado School of Mines.
