Felipe Moreira Caram

Mr. Felipe holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. Mr. Caram is Director of Pátria and has worked at PwC and GE, in addition to acting as CFO of Toyota Tshuso, NovaAgri and Amyris, before migrating to Patria's team. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Caram Pereira was not subject to the effects of any criminal conviction, any conviction or application of penalty in an administrative proceeding before the CVM and any final and unappealable conviction, at the judicial or administrative level, which would have caused the suspension or disqualification for the practice of any activity professional or commercial, thus being duly qualified to practice their professional activities.
