Gleize Gealh

Gleize Gealh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gleize began their career in 2000 as a Financial and Administrative Assistant at Fundição Femar. In 2003, they joined Unibanco as an Assistant Manager before moving on to ALL - América Latina Logística in 2004 as a Commercial Coordinator.

In 2008, Gleize joined Multigrain as the National Logistics Manager, a position they held until 2010. Afterward, they joined Hidrovias do Brasil and assumed various roles within the company, including Commercial Manager, Commercial and Business Development Director, General Manager of the North Division, and most recently, General Manager of the North and Cabotage Divisions. Since April 2022, they have served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hidrovias do Brasil.

Throughout their career, Gleize has gained extensive experience in logistics, business development, operations, and management.

Gleize Gealh attended Yale University from 2017 to 2018, where they completed a Global Executive Leadership Program. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Insper from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2003 to 2005. Gleize Gealh's undergraduate education was a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, which was completed between 1998 and 2002.
