Natalie Black began their education in 1997 at Oglethorpe University, where they studied for two years before completing their degree elsewhere. In 1999, they transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bioethics and Social Biology in 2002. After a gap, they pursued further education in 2011 at Full Sail University, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Entertainment by 2012.
