Larissa Lee Beck

Larissa Lee Beck is an accomplished professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Policy and Commercial Strategy at HIF Global since January 2025. Additionally, Larissa holds advisory roles at Project Tempo and serves as a Nonresident Senior Fellow and Women Leaders in Energy Fellow at the Atlantic Council. Previously, Larissa was Senior Director for EMEA, Europe and Middle East, and Europe at the Clean Air Task Force, where notable contributions included leadership in carbon capture initiatives. Experience also includes roles at the Global CCS Institute and the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility, as well as research and advocacy positions within various organizations. Larissa's academic background features a Master's degree in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from University College Maastricht, complemented by various international studies and trainings in energy policy.
