Rafael Ochoa

Rafael Ochoa has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 at JPET Global as an Analyst and Brand Manager. Rafael later worked as a Jefe Informática at Sociedad Inmobiliaria Educacional SIEL S.A., followed by a role as a Professor of Entrepreneurship at DuocUC. In 2012, they joined Cencosud S.A. in various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Jefe de Proyecto de Relaciones Laborales. After that, they worked as a Digital Transformation Senior Consultant at Cencosud S.A. before moving to Walmart Chile as an HR Product Owner and Digital Product Manager People Domain. Rafael'smost recent position was at HIF Global as the Head of People and Culture Latam starting in 2023.

Rafael Ochoa completed a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizations at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Management Science of Consulting from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2011 and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering from the same university in 2010. Rafael'seducational background also includes a degree in Computer Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in 2005. Rafael has obtained additional certifications in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe Scrum Master 4, and is also a member of the CIPD.
