Sean Martyn

Sean Martyn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at HIF Global, Sean Martyn leads the front-end development activities for the Matagorda e-Fuels Project, specializing in CO2 and Power. Prior to this role, Sean Martyn held the position of Managing Director and Head of Baker Hughes Capital Solutions, where leadership focused on financing transactions that facilitated energy transition projects. Previous experience includes managing director roles at GE Capital's Energy Financial Services and General Electric, overseeing structured financial solutions and project finance transactions. Sean Martyn began a career in internal auditing at Accor, following a strong educational background with a Bachelor's in Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick and an Erasmus Exchange in Finance and Economics at the University of Liège.
