Andrea O'Dell

Andrea O'Dell is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and business management. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Permanent Placement Recruiter at HiFyve since June 2023, Andrea also works as a Pilates Instructor at Inspire Pilates KC. Previously, as a Recruiter in Construction Management from January 2019 to August 2023, responsibilities included conducting employee orientations and managing recruitment for various personnel. Notably, as the Owner/Operator of the first Club Pilates studio in the Midwest from February 2015 to December 2018, Andrea was instrumental in staffing, sales, and client retention. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
