Leighton Smart is an experienced operations and project management professional with over two decades of expertise in the painting and decorating industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Higgins Coatings since January 2017, Leighton has held multiple managerial roles, overseeing operations in Sydney South, Southern NSW, and ACT. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Pro Asset Painting Maintenance, where responsibilities encompassed project management, estimating, client management, and budget analysis. Leighton also operated Smart Decorating Services as an owner-operator, managing all facets of a business, along with holding project coordination and management roles at AJ Grant Group Pty Ltd and Riley Shelley.
