Amy Reynolds

Amy Reynolds currently serves as the Director of ESG and Head of Social Value at Higgins Partnerships since September 2019. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Corporate Social Responsibility Director and Community Gateway Manager at Morgan Sindall Property Services from July 2016 to August 2019. Amy's earlier experience includes serving as Learning and Development Manager and L&D Assistant/PA at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure from October 2013 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include CIPD Level 5 L&D Consultant Business Partner Apprenticeship from July 2020 to February 2022, and CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice obtained from 2014 to 2015. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Social Psychology and Sociology from the University of Essex, completed in 2009.
