Tom MacIntosh

Tom MacIntosh has over 20 years of experience in information technology roles. Tom is currently the Director of Information Technology at Higgs Fletcher & Mack. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Operations & Support at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and as the Senior Manager, IT Operations & Services at the same company. Tom also worked as the Director of Information Services at Wiley Rein LLP and as the Director of Technology Services and Information Systems Manager at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Earlier in their career, they were the Deskside Systems Manager at Hogan & Hartson. Throughout their career, they have successfully led multiple complex projects and improved IT service delivery.

Tom MacIntosh has a diverse education history that spans several decades. Tom obtained their Meditation Teacher Certification in the field of mindfulness from The Mindfulness Center from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate Program in Master Certificate IT Service Management from Villanova University from 2012 to 2013.

Tom also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from Villanova University from 1981 to 1987. Before pursuing their master's degree, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Villanova University from 1978 to 1980.

Their educational journey began with a High School Diploma, which they obtained from Upper Darby Senior High School from 1973 to 1976.

In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained several certifications over the years. Tom is certified in Emotional Intelligence by Whil, which they obtained in December 2020. Tom is also a Certified Mindful Leader, having received certification from Whil in November 2020. Furthermore, they hold the Health Insurance Associate (HIA) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), which they obtained in April 1993.
