Bobby Pancake

Bobby Pancake co-founded High 5 Hospitality in 2004 and currently serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Buffalo Wild Wings as the Senior Director of Company Operations from 1997 to 2003. Bobby also held the position of Senior Director of Company Operations - Maryland at Kenny Rogers Roasters from 1992 to 1997.

Bobby Pancake attended Keyser High School & Mineral County Vo-Tech from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Agricultural Mechanics and obtained a General degree. Bobby also holds a certification in FMP from the National Restaurant Association.
