Matt Brady

Matthew Brady is a seasoned professional in strategic consulting and management, currently serving as Managing Director at High Alpha Innovation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Innosight from October 2013 to April 2021, ultimately becoming a Partner, where expertise in disruptive innovation and strategic transformation was developed. Earlier experience includes participation in the MBA Leadership Development Program at BASF from 2011 to 2013 and several roles at Booz Allen Hamilton between 2004 and 2009, including Associate and Senior Consultant. Matthew holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
