Alicia Gaba

Alicia Gaba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations at Malomo since May 2021. In addition, Alicia is involved with High Alpha as part of the Navigators Executive Network, advising new companies within the venture studio known for creating and funding B2B SaaS businesses. Previously, Alicia held leadership roles at Pavilion and InterVision Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives. At Bluelock, Alicia advanced from Marketing Specialist to Vice President of Marketing, significantly contributing to its market positioning and growth. Alicia holds a B.A. in Communication and Culture, Business Management, and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
