Beth Tippett

Beth Tippett has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Beth started their career at Wyeth as an Administrative Assistant Senior, providing support to the HR staff. Beth then took on the role of Quality Documentation Systems Administrator, where they handled document retention and prepared SOPs. Later, they became a Human Resources Associate I, overseeing HRIS systems and coordinating benefits. After leaving Wyeth, Beth joined High Company LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing HRIS systems and resolving payroll and benefit matters. Beth then progressed to become a Human Resources Systems Analyst, maintaining confidential data and acting as a system administrator for various HR systems. Currently, they are serving as the Manager HR Solutions, overseeing the HR Solutions Center and compiling statistical reports.

Beth Tippett completed their Associates degree in Social Sciences at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College in 2004. Currently, they are pursuing a course at Leadership Lancaster and is expected to complete it by 2023.
