Richard Hooper

Richard Hooper has extensive experience in enforcement management, currently serving as Group Enforcement Manager at SHCE Ltd (The Sheriffs Office) since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and coordinating the enforcement team for the production of "The Sheriff's are Coming." Richard has held similar roles at Excel Civil Enforcement Limited since January 2007 and at High Court Enforcement Group since January 2001. Richard's educational background includes studies at Birchgrove Comprehensive from 1989 to 1994.
