Nithin A.

Nithin A. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2008 as a Student Intern at Infologic systems Pvt Ltd, they worked on a project involving remote surveillance, utilizing embedded C and web enhancements. In 2009, they joined Capgemini as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the Pricing Readiness Program for Customer Service and Consumer Banking. Nithin later became a Senior Software Engineer, providing testing services for Discover Financial Services. Nithin then transitioned to the University of Houston, working as a Web Developer I for Enterprise Systems. Here, they focused on re-engineering administrative processes and improving access to university data. In 2014, they joined Intuit as a Web UI Developer, building widgets for Turbo Tax Online. This experience allowed him to contribute to Intuit's goal of helping customers file taxes online. Nithin then moved on to General Motors in 2015 as a Senior User Interface Developer, before returning to Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer for Discover Financial Services. In 2015, they also joined Uptake as a Senior Software Engineer, working on modules and tools to optimize performance and enhance safety in the industrial world. Afterward, Nithin joined Egen Solutions in 2014, serving as a Fullstack Web Application Developer until 2019. Here, they gained expertise in developing web applications. Lastly, they are currently employed at High Definition Vehicle Insurance (HDVI) as a Software Engineering Manager, a role they undertook in 2023.

Nithin A. completed their high school education at Calps, focusing on the CBSE curriculum from 2000 to 2003. Nithin then attended SRM Jr College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued Intermediate Education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following that, they attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2005 to 2009, majoring in Computer Science Engineering and obtaining a B-Tech degree.

Nithin pursued further education and received a Master's Degree in Information Security/Information Assurance from the University of Houston from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In November 2013, they acquired the Microsoft Technology Associate Certification in Security Fundamentals from Certiport. In May 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Houston. Nithin also obtained a Foundation Level Certificate in Software Testing from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) in April 2010. Lastly, in June 2011, they completed the Financial Markets: A Beginner's Module certification from NSE's Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM).
