Tic S.

Tic S. has extensive work experience in quality assurance and testing, starting in 2001 with roles as an IT QA Consultant at Hartford Life and a Programmer Analyst at CNA Insurance. In 2009, Tic joined KnowledgeAdvisors as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for implementing structured release testing efforts and serving as the software testing process owner.
